Dehradun-Bareilly-Lucknow Vande Bharat Express: Uttarakhand is going to get the gift of another Vande Bharat train. Currently, the Vande Bharat train is running between Dehradun and Delhi. Now Uttarakhand’s capital Dehradun to UP’s capital Lucknow is connected by Vande Bharat train. The country’s highest-speed train Vande Bharat between Dehradun and Lucknow will run from March 12. The Governor and the Chief Minister will flag off at Dehradun station. Preparations to run the Vande Bharat train between Dehradun and Lucknow were going on for a long time. Now Railways has finalized the date of its operation.
Features of Vande Bharat Train: Regular travel to Dehradun and Lucknow will have to wait. Despite Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurating the trains, the date for regular operation could not be fixed. The timing of the train operation was fixed. Apart from this, the train fare could also have yet to be decided.
According to Railway Commercial Inspector SK Aggarwal, the Vande Bharat train operations will start on March 12. Governor Lieutenant General (Retd) Gurmeet Singh and CM Pushkar Singh Dhami will flag off the train at Dehradun station. During this time all the ministers and MLAs will be present. Invitations for all the guests have been sent. Apart from this, preparations have also been completed by the Railways. Vande Bharat rake has reached Dehradun station.

The journey will take 8 hours to complete
The journey from Dehradun to Lucknow will be completed in 8 hours. After the running of the Vande Bharat train, the journey from Dehradun to Lucknow will take 8 hours. Passengers going from Lucknow to Dehradun till now have to travel by Dehradun-Howrah Express and Janata Express. It takes 10 hours 15 minutes to reach Dehradun from Lucknow by Dehradun-Howrah Express and 13 hours 20 minutes by Janata Express. This journey will be completed in 8 hours and 15 minutes by Vande Bharat train.
The train will stop at five stations
Dehradun-Lucknow Vande Bharat train will stop at five stations. Starting from Dehradun, the Vande Bharat train will reach Lucknow after stopping at Haridwar, Moradabad, Bareilly, Shahjahanpur, and Alamnagar. Railway passengers will get great relief with the running of the Vande Bharat train.
ACM Moradabad Vishal Sharma of Moradabad Railway Division of Northern Railway was made the nodal for operating the Vande Bharat train. Vishal Sharma said that eight coaches have been installed in the Vande Bharat train for passengers. An engine and a guardless generator car are separate. It has the First AC Executive Class-1 coach, in which 52 passengers will travel.
Apart from this, seven coaches are chair cars, which have seating facilities for 546 passengers. Both the classes combined have the facility to accommodate 598 passengers. He said that the train would be operated on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday except Monday. The train will be maintained for one day.
Vande Bharat Train 02477 Dehradun Lucknow will leave Dehradun at 2:25 pm and will reach Haridwar Railway Station at 3:26 pm, after a halt of five minutes it will depart at 3:31 pm. It will arrive in Moradabad at 5:40 pm and depart at 5:45 pm. Similarly, it will arrive in Bareilly at 7:03 pm and will leave at 7:05 pm and reach Lucknow at 10:40 pm.

The return journey Vande Bharat Train 02478 Lucknow Dehradun will start at 5:15 am. This train will reach Bareilly at 8:33 am and depart at 8:35 am. Similarly, Moradabad will reach at 9:52 and depart at 9:57. This train will reach Haridwar Dohar at 12:10, depart at 12:15, and reach Dehradun at 1:35 pm.
Tea, snacks, and food are amazing
Tea, snacks, and food were excellent on the Vande Bharat train. IRCTC deployed 50 people to look after the passengers inside the train. Catering manager Anurag Singh said that tea, cutlets, and paratha were served for breakfast.
After this, veg thali was given for lunch. Paratha, Kashmiri Pulao, Dal Makhani, Mix Veg Vegetable, Kadhai Paneer, Paratha, Curd, Gulab Jamun, Pickles, etc. were given in the veg thali. Better water facilities were also provided.
The saffron colour will be Vande Bharat
Dehradun-Lucknow Vande Bharat train will be saffron-colored. Till now white colored Vande Bharat trains were operating. Vande Bharat’s new rake is being run in Kerala. Now Dehradun-Lucknow Vande Bharat will have a new colour. People are showing curiosity after seeing the rack of Made in India high-speed trains.

The train will operate 6 days a week
Dehradun Station Superintendent Ravindra Kumar says that Vande Bharat train will run 6 days a week except Monday. After the inauguration on March 12, the Vande Bharat train will leave for Lucknow from Dehradun at 9:30 am. At the same time, as per the timetable from March 13, the Vande Bharat train will run from Lucknow at 5:25 am. This train will reach Dehradun at 1:35 pm. This train will leave from Dehradun for Lucknow at 2:25 pm. It will reach Lucknow at 10:40 pm.
